Personal Statement
With a holistic approach to therapy that addresses women’s physical, emotional and spiritual well-being, I help my clients build a set of useful tools for constructing a life they love. Through the development of a healthy sense of self, my clients create more productive and fulfilling lives.
I am most interested in helping women with issues related to trauma, PTSD, body image and self-worth, motherhood, mid-life issues, life transitions, and health & wellness. As a longtime yoga practitioner and former teacher, I like to incorporate breathwork, mindfulness, and somatic work within the therapy space.
As a counselor with foundational understandings about life, relationships, and the human condition, I bring a wide range of life experiences with me from which I draw upon to help understand the challenges of others. With a well-developed sense of empathy and compassion, I am most fulfilled when my clients are empowered to do the hard work of cultivating the life they want.
