Provider Referral and Information Cost Share
The Provider Share membership was created to help ease the burden of new client inquires. With mental health needs on the rise, our own inquires have skyrocketed. Along with our virtual assistant, we have created an excellent streamlined response system to handle all incoming calls, emails, and online form submissions. Our virtual assistant will apply this same system to return calls and emails on behalf of your practice when you are unable to take on new clients. Each inquiry will receive a response within 24-48 hours of the virtual assistant receiving contact information, along with a record of the inquiry and when they were contacted. As a Provider Share member, you are also included in our community resource database. Provider Share members with availability for new clients will receive priority for referrals. If you have a particular therapist you would like the virtual assistant to refer to, you are welcome to include that information as well. All potential Provider Share members will be vetted through references to ensure all inquiries are being referred to a therapist capable of handling their needs.

That works out to the peace of mind that client phone calls are returned and referred out to appropriate resources for approximately $16.25 a month ($21.25 including emails).
