Paige Campbell, EdD, LCSW, OSW-C
Hello! I am a certified oncology social worker, fully licensed as a clinical social worker in Georgia and telehealth clinical social worker in South Carolina. For over 13 years, I have worked as a clinical oncology social worker in a physician practice where I created a counseling program to help patients and their loved ones with a variety of issues related to their illness. I am now working in private practice to focus on providing counseling and support for people affected by cancer.
Are you an adult who has been touched by cancer? Maybe you're living with cancer in your present or past or you're close to someone with cancer. Perhaps you're an oncology professional dealing with compassion fatigue. Cancer can take away our sense of certainty and force us into an intimate relationship with our mortality. Cancer exacts a toll on everyone involved - the person with cancer, their loved ones, their friends and neighbors and colleagues, even their professional caregivers. Cancer almost always causes disruptions to our peace of mind and sense of well-being. If you are someone whose life has been impacted by cancer, I look forward to helping you.
I most often use an integrative approach when working with individuals to allow me to address each person and their unique challenges with the most personalized process for therapy. Whether bringing in elements of cognitive therapies or strengths-based approaches or others, I find that meeting each person where they are helps them heal and grow.
I am paneled with CIGNA and Optum-United Health through Grow Therapy and am in the process of getting paneled with Anthem, Medicare and others. Additionally, I accept clients on a sliding scale who are members of Open Path Collective.
