Mary Dulong, LCSW (she/her/hers)
It takes great strength to reach out for help when you need it, and I am honored to be part of that journey with you. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) committed to helping adolescents and adults move forward in life and heal from trauma. I graduated from The University of Georgia with a Master’s degree in Social Work in 2016 and I specialize in trauma-informed therapy for individuals and groups. I have worked with a variety of presenting issues including depression, anxiety, ADHD, post-traumatic stress, and complex trauma. I am certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and I have worked with Survivors of sexual violence and their loved ones for the past six years in a Sexual Assault Center and Children’s Advocacy Center.
Throughout my work I have realized that the healing journey is not linear and it looks different to everyone. I am here to help normalize that and honor your journey with you. I believe in taking a collaborative approach in therapy to help you meet your needs and support you throughout the process. I incorporate art, music, and self-care within my practice and I provide a safe and welcoming space for my clients.
If you are interested in setting up an appointment, please feel free to reach out. I look forward to connecting with you!
