Kim Allen, LCSW
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who received a Master of Social Work from the University of Georgia in 2007. I received my undergraduate degree from UGA as well, with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Child and Family Development.
I’ve worked with children, adolescents, and families throughout my career, in both direct practice and leadership roles. As a therapist, I view life through a systemic lens, understanding how individual experiences, as well as social, family, and community factors impact our lives. I also explore and incorporate the many dimensions of wellness into the therapeutic process. I am currently accepting clients ranging from pre-adolescence up into young adulthood. I have valuable experience and a special interest in working with clients going through these important, and often challenging, phases of life. If you’d like to talk more about your interest in therapy, please reach out. I’d love to hear from you!
I am currently serving clients throughout the state of GA via tele-therapy. I live in Northwest GA with my husband and four children.
