Body Safety Group

    This therapeutic group for ages 3-5 (and their caregivers) will focus on body safety, language surrounding body parts, private parts, teachable moments, uncomfortable touches, intuition, community helpers, and how to talk to others about respecting their bodies. Part of the group time will be spent on psychoeducation, with the facilitator reading books, teaching age appropriate language, and fun activities that the child and parent can incorporate at home. The remaining group time will be spent in play and practice, where children will have the chance to play and engage with one another while caregivers observe and support the children in setting respectful boundaries in play. 

    ​$150 for 6 weeks
    July 10th, 17th, 31st, August 7, August 14th, August 21st

    Our groups are currently not set up to accommodate children and adults who are actively high risk at the time of group. If you have concerns that you or your child may be actively suicidal or will have difficulty with aggression toward self or other in the context of a social group, please let us know in the space below and we can assess for appropriateness.
