I hold undergraduate degrees in both Social Work and Psychology - with a focus on social cognition research. I am currently pursuing my Master's degree in Social Work at the University of Georgia, with a concentration in clinical mental health practice. I have training and experience spanning from foster care & child advocacy to crisis intervention and community mental health. 

I believe every child has the capacity to grow and heal when they feel safe, understood, and accepted. My goal is to create a warm, playful, and supportive space where children, teens, and families can learn how to navigate life's challenges, strengthen relationships, and build confidence.

Ultimately, I enjoy helping youth build social skills, resilience, self-esteem, and healthy coping strategies. My approach is child-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed.  I believe play is a child's natural language and a powerful therapeutic tool for connection, expression, and healing. I strive to meet each child where they are developmentally, while partnering closely with parents and caregivers to support meaningful growth both inside and outside the therapy room.

* Anxiety and emotional regulation difficulties

* Trauma, grief, loss, and life transitions

* Blended or complex family dynamics and parenting challenges 

When I am not in the therapy room, you'll likely find me spending time with friends and family, exploring the outdoors with my dog, reading, or engaging in creative activities that inspire connection and play.
